At Focallure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
